Amy is the managing nurse and founder of EchoBaby. She received her nursing degree in 1979 at the University of Miami. Four years later she returned to the U.M. and became a Family Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

After her marriage in 1989, she left the USA and moved to Switzerland with her Swiss husband. Living in the countryside of her adopted country, Amy is the proud mother of three teenage boys.

For the past 18 years Amy has worked as a home health nurse in the canton Vaud. She also has completed a formation in the use of non-medical 3D ultrasound and has a certificate from Studio 9 Mois in Paris. Today, EchoBaby collaborates with Studio 9 Mois which is directed by Sally Forest (an ultrasound specialist with over 15 years experience).

Since 1989, ultrasound has been quite familiar to Amy. In fact, her husband imports and sells the machines and was the first to introduce the 3D ultrasound technology in Switzerland.

Amy found the 3D/4D images so touching that she decided to offer this possibility to others (women, couples). In her role as mother and nurse, she is honored to share these privileged and precious moments with future parents.
